No. the U. S. supreme Court found that Samsung had infringed on the patents, but that Samsung did not owe Apple for the total amount of its profits from the phones I nquestion, because it found that Samsung had only stolen and infringed on certain aspects and portions of the technology and not the entire iPhone. So, it sent the case back for further proceedings to determine the correct amount of damages Samsung has to pay.
