Simple. On two 8ks it stated that a RM will happen. It also stated that no public information will be released. It also states that all information will be released from Pixel after the RM is fully complete.

At first it was, " the reverse merger wont happen" now after the 2, 8 k came out saying the rm is gonna happen its, " why would we believe it what they say". Too funny
