Your guess is as good as mine. I think the merger is gonna happen no doubt. I also think it will be in 2017 sometime. Just my opinion

Maybe NITE is just inexperienced in stock trading and is lost and confused. That is what some people seem to be suggesting here. That Market Makers don't know exactly what they are doing with every trade. Wake up folks - they trade with no transaction fees. It is like a superpower.
