Well, if this is real I would say we're fine. If they weren't the ones working the deal how the heck would they know it hasn't been closed or going to close today??! People are worried about nothing. Just worry about buying more shares IMO

Fake. Why would a law firm respond to some stranger and say,"closing won't be today." Everyone that has followed the board has been speculating that closing was Monday or Tuesday . Now supposedly not today? I've seen fake emails before on the boards. This is another and another reason to not listen to msg. Boards.

CKR Law was handling the transaction on behalf of Pixel Mags. As of this date, the closing has not yet occurred and will not occur today. I will ask counsel for Solaris to file another Form 8-K to reflect the current status.

I thought they are handling.. And thought next communication was coming from pixelmags...
