I think it's a bad idea to give the shareholders an 18% stock "divi" if you only need 14% more to get to 51%.

They can't back from this now, stock divi will happen imo!
But don't you agree about how to handle the 37% minority interest during 2017!? Keep it in Siaf and book another 18% !?

I do not think they are aiming to consolidate though! If they not try the same approach like they do today with Sjap....controlling the BOD!? Controlling the BOD couldn't be that hard to set up since we already have 100% control now....
