I think the pre-IPO is a prerequisite to a succesful IPO. Either the bank wants it, or FD, or someone else, or all of the above.
They should. It's a world of a difference. SIAF is unmistakenly worth $3B in a few years if they own 51% and consolidate the assets. Or Solomon can do it the hard way.
