always wondered what people found so wrong about Hillary's campaign. I personally thought she covered all bases. What did she miss?

She didn't anticipate a Trump nomination quickly enough, and didn't grasp his appeal, and how that would affect the general. Who did?

Normally, stuff like running a good convention and winning the debates will do the trick. Not this time.
