I agree with your statement concerning IFUS

. I believe both sides made a wise choice to simply part ways with likely nothing owed either way and are getting on with life.

Yesterdays newspaper does not impede todays progress and potential.

IFUS SHAREHOLDERS ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT BUILDING THE COMPANY.

The first 90 days after the amicable settlement will be like the first 90 days President elect Trump takes office.

The world will see a company like IFUS and a country like the U.S.A move forward and rebuild...

Obama gone so are the boot brothers..the damage was done,

IFUS
and the country is headed in a new direction with unlimited potential.

IFUS STRONG

There are no court ordered restraints regarding the Federal trial. The facts are:

1) Walthers was labeled a scienter who intentionally defrauded Steve Adelstein and Energy Supreme ll.

2) Walthers was caught red-handed trying to smuggle an unauthorized claim past the court. How dumb and corrupt must Walthers be to try something like that in a Federal court room ... past a Judge like Ungora who is on the White House short list? What an absolute crooked moron that guy is.

3) Walthers and Supreme Energy were slapped with a judgment in favor of Adelstein, etal for approximately $500,000.00 +18% interest.

4) All, I repeat ALL of Walthers claims were thrown out of court for lack of evidence. Every single one of them!! Those claims were the basis of Walthers last minute state suit. He had no choice but to settle.

Yeah I know....but honestly, even if they could answer these questions, the answers would hurt them more than they think. JS told everyone close to him "we lost" and "we get nothing" so I doubt very seriously this is inaccurate. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer and I think it's just JAZZY! The dullards are singing the Thanksgiving Blues. Can't imagine how they feel. Their strategy to bk MW and IFUS didn't work, which means their legal strategy didn't work. I honestly think they believed with all the legal troubles IFUS faced (also as part of their strategy) the shareholders would pop smoke and evac. Maaan were they wrong......lolol
