Don't hold your breath. The SA/JS cabal is under the same court-ordered constraints as Marc. Unless they want more trouble from the courts, you won't see them posting any replies either.
In any case, we all know that if either side had won any big victory, it would be scattered all over the internet. Thus, the "amicable settlement" means just that. They each decided to cut their losses in the way of attorney & court fees. I was told that taking this all the way to trial could have cost each side between $100,000 and up to $200,000 depending upon how long it was dragged out, appeals, etc. I believe both sides made a wise choice to simply part ways with likely nothing owed either way and are getting on with life.
