I don't see what leverage Li/Eontec have to force Apple to sweeten the deal for Eontec. Apple has a perpetual, worldwide license to the IP held by CIP and for future IP developed during the "capture period," which I believe is for an additional 18 months.

Apple doesn't need to acquire raw materials from LQMT or Eontec, and Apple has the right to practice the current IP held by CIP. So, how does Eontec/Li pressure Apple into sweetening the deal?
