I hate to admit, but you're right. It makes NO business sense at all for Fan to keep this the way it is *unless* he now owns all of Frankies preffered super-voting, NON-DILUTABLE shares.

Fan can R/S us out of exisitance and keep everything that's his (and rightfully so IF he has indeed been had for the millions that people said he had put into Q).

Fan doesnt give a shit about anyone but himself and some close friends like any and all of us would. However, in order to do anything with this company he has to make it highly unlikly any and all of us wouldnt sue when and if he turns this around. For that simple fact and that fact alone he will try to cut us enough of a favor to keep us in the fold. I am not a large business man. iam a small business man and i myself have made contiencies in my business for what to do if a,b, or c happens. I do believe that fan would have (as a business man) entered to do something and has or is working on some other plan since his first plan failed. so hold on tight something might happen. However dont hold your breath cause it may take a long time and his new plan what ever it may be may fail as well.

Fan owns more stock than any of us.................maybe he can save US a nickle by saving himself a few dollars..........???????????????
Lloyd Fan put millions into this......and STILL owns that stock.
When the DOJ(Dept. of Justice) and the SEC...get involved...........as I hope they will with "THAT FRANK" ......they take any assets as a fine........lets give Mr. Fan a week/month or 2 more. If QBID crashes to being de-listed...............we have a CLEAN write-off............as it IS, we have lots of paper-work to do in order to write off a loss in this stock.........we have NOTHING to loose by waiting.
.......I could be wrong again..........but Fan might wish to save a $ or 2......
