Fan doesnt give a shit about anyone but himself and some close friends like any and all of us would. However, in order to do anything with this company he has to make it highly unlikly any and all of us wouldnt sue when and if he turns this around. For that simple fact and that fact alone he will try to cut us enough of a favor to keep us in the fold. I am not a large business man. iam a small business man and i myself have made contiencies in my business for what to do if a,b, or c happens. I do believe that fan would have (as a business man) entered to do something and has or is working on some other plan since his first plan failed. so hold on tight something might happen. However dont hold your breath cause it may take a long time and his new plan what ever it may be may fail as well.
