dk...even if Fan owns Frankies' preferred shares, that is of no consequence....the preferred shares would entitle him to a monetary distribution upon a bankruptcy asset sale...BUT, it's pretty safe to say there is NO money to be distributed....so, those shares are worthless, too.
As far as a R/s is concerned, he can't get rid of us that way because he still will have the same amount of shareholders....even if people end up owning a fraction of a share...
and, as for the "millions" Fan supposedly put in.....I doubt it was nearly as much as most people think....remember the company was effectively "shot" when he took the reins....and, I am sure he made Frank an offer for his shares....probably on the order of .00001 or less.....I'll bet he got the "whole shooting match" for less than 5 million.
