I understand that even though the court records below show the court cases are over that false information by some continue to state inaccurate information that nothing was settled.

IFUS STRONG

The back financials possibly would cost over 25,000 dollars or more to report the last 6 years. That money is not available and not needed at this time to build the company. It would help the stock price and I expect the financials to be done once a constant steady cash flow is achieved and the company has a full shift working daily to meet the demand...

NO ONE EXPECTS THE FINANCIALS TO SURPRISE ANYONE.THERE WAS NO CORRUPTION,THERE WAS NO HIDDEN FORENSIC ACCOUNT,THERE WAS LITTLE OR NO REVENUE...I HAVE NEVER POSTED THAT THE COMPANY WAS MAKING MILLIONS ...NEITHER HAS MANAGEMENT..

IFUS HAS THE POTENTIAL PERIOD.
IFUS HAS THE COURT CASES BEHIND THEM THAT CRIPPLED THE COMPANY.

I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF FINANCIALS AND THE NEED FOR TRANSPARENCY.
I do not care if one person does not buy ifus or any penny stock without financials..

In my opinion,It is inaccurate to state a company has something to hide if they decide spending money they do not have.. to report poor financials THAT ARE NOT GLOWING...

Buying IFUS IS A CALCULATED RISK

I bought 1t .0009..Ny average price is .003..Time will tell if either buy was a wise decision..

IFUS STRONG 1%

I think that's a misguided quote. Ifus has nothing to hide.

IFUS has nothing to hide.If having financials is a requirement for an individual to purchase shares then that individual should find a stock that meets their approval somewhere else.

Why not just be happy for us faithful shareholders that the vicious lies and attacks and court cases that had no basis are over and that IFUS and IFUS shareholders and IFUS share value survived a corrupt ex Director's 3 year legal onslaught attack by SA that failed to kill IFUS and failed to turn over control and ownership to SA, and that IFUS was able to expand product production to bags and is now refocused on sales and distribution and no longer on just battling the court cases?
Isn't it time that we admitted that MW was right, and that he held on and survived and that he did not dilute or change the AS in 6 years, and that the company stock average price held about .006 average Like I said it would in late 2013 and that the future of IFUS is looking much brighter?

Yes they still need to focus and growing sales now that the law suits are over and once they have financials worth reporting go back to reporting. Why would we sell now when we held on for the last 4-6 years when things looked much bleaker then than they do now?
