I understand that the only reason a company steadfastly refuses to release any financial information to their shareholders is because there's something in them the CEO wants to hide.

Imo, that falls under.....

I understand 99% of penny stocks have corrupts or inept management.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
