dmiller: my post was made earlier in the day when IDCC was higher and the market not quite as high as it finished.

In order to get a better perspective on IDCC's relative performance, I tried to find a percentage of all NASDAQ stocks that had a gain better than IDCC's on the day, but could not; do you know where such information might be available?

Just how many did you short? You may lose another tank of gas for that

boat. Which for a big player like you is no big deal is it? I think you

shorted the S&P also or am I wrong?
