Okay, now I'm confused. I think we'll just have to wait and see how it all unfolds. But the R/S of EVSI (EVSY) I believe is good news and should move things along. Should hear something this week. One thought I did have was if the new dividend takes place and puts extra value in our accounts then perhaps the downturn in the company's share price was simply the market reflecting that and compensating for the additional value?

Wayne, nobody knows for sure what is going on with EVSI but since the ActSoft deal fell through it has been rumored here that Frank is now completely out of the picture. If you go back and read the posts from about a week ago this was talked about alot.It started with a post from Jersey. Also, the dd here (I believe it was RedCloud and Mindock) came up with EVSI having NO assets. You can go back about 10 days and reread the posts here on that.

Wayne... I am simply trying to help you understand. This will be my last attempt. Dale is correct in saying that Jersey brought up the dd that Frank Moody is out and also we went throught the acquired assets and found that most were auctioned off to pay debt. I can't definitively say they have no assets because I don't know that to be true however I do believe the major assets are gone. Secondly, you keep quoting information from the PRER14C that was filed June 14th. EVSI then filed an 8-K on July 19th that negated the PRER14C that you keep referring to. Immediately, on the same day (July 19th) EVSI filed another PRER14C to take the place of the old PRER14C that contained the information you still believe is current. Then, on July 25th, EVSI filed a DEFR14C that is the only one that matters now. That DEFR14C does not contain the information you keep referring to so unless they file a new 8-K placing someone else on the BODs it won't happen. Could they... absolutely and probably will but, unless you have a crystal ball or insider information, you don't know who it will be because it is not anywhere in writing accept for a old cancelled PRE14C that is no longer in effect. If you have any doubts, go to the SEC and read all the recent filings (in chronological order).

And that's all I got to say about that.
