First I (Wayne) ask Redcloud;
RedCloud - it is to my memory that I read when all this was told to us about Frank Moody and Fred changing seats. I am under the impression that Frank Moody is CEO at Evans. Did I read something wrong. Everyone is saying Frank Moody is gone. He is not gone he is at Evans.

Second Redcloud wrights back;

Wayne... According to the 8=K filing Frank is not currently at EVSY (old BODs was reinstated). And word is he is totally out of the picture now. We'll see. Are you saying that all the assets were not sold when they auctioned off the assets to pay debts and avoid bankrupcy and that they retained a lot of those assets? The fact is, we just don't know what EVSY will become. It really sounds like you're saying this is not a shell company. Is that what you're saying? There is certainly more to this deal but we don't know what it is.
RedCloud
Wayne’s Thoughts – the old, was NEVER removed for them to be reinstated ……
Wayne’s Thoughts – (Moody, out of the picture) the second post below from Redcloud clearly states, (and Frank Moody, Brian Riley, Fred Wicks and Ian Riley were to be appointed as the new directors of Company.)
Wayne’s Thoughts – The last Part (Shell Company) I will address later in a post just for that.

Third Redcloud wrights again;
Wayne... I just don't understand why you keep saying that. If you bothered to read the 8-K from July 19th, it is 100% clear that Frank Moody is not on the BOD for Evans. Here is the text since you won't go read it yourself:
Wayne’s Thoughts – well if you bothered to read the 8-K from July 19th, it is 100% clear that Frank Moody is Not on the board …. YET, but he will be… Also read the sec report from Evans below

ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

On April 12, 2006 (the "Effective Date"), pursuant to the terms of an
Agreement For the Purchase of Common Stock entered by and among Evans Systems,
Inc.; Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.; and Cain, Smith & Strong II,
LP, Homeland agreed to purchase 50.1% of the issued and outstanding common
shares of the Company in exchange for an aggregate purchase price of Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00). Pursuant to the Agreement, Blair Couey,
Dan Willis and Randy M. Clapp agreed to resign as directors of the Company (the
"Former Directors") and Frank Moody, Brian Riley, Fred Wicks and Ian Riley were
to be appointed as the new directors of Company. The consummation of the
transaction was contingent upon the Company effectuating a reverse split and
filing an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to increase its authorized
shares to 300,000,000 shares of common stock, $.001 par value in a timely
manner. In accordance with same, the Company filed a Schedule 14C Information
Statement with the SEC detailing the transaction, reverse split, and the
increase in its authorized shares.
Wayne’s Thoughts – Yes this is all known
Wayne’s Thoughts – Also read the sec report from Evans below

Based on the Company's failure to effectuate the reverse split and increase
in authorized shares in a timely manner, at this time, parties have mutually
agreed that they will not proceed with the transaction.
Wayne’s Thoughts – If I remember the HISS report, they said there was misunderstanding and this would go forward. So this statement is inconclusive.

ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS;
APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.

Wayne’s Thoughts Part 1– correct, Moody is NOT on the Evans board right now, but your own post CLEARLY STATES, (and Frank Moody, Brian Riley, Fred Wicks and Ian Riley were to be appointed as the new directors of Company.) But yet you Clearly State – (And word is he is totally out of the picture now. We'll see.)

Evans (EVSI) - SEC Report PRER14C Information statements Acc-no: 0001164150-06-000147 (34 Act)
2006-06-14 000-21956 06905368 Page 6
Directors: Each of the current directors of the company, Blair Couey, Randy M. Clapp and Dan Willis have agreed to remain on the board through the completion of the merger with Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc pursuant
the terms of the Agreement for the Purchase of Common Stock dated April 11, 2006, as set forth in the Form 8K filed by the company on April 12, 2006. Pursuant to the Agreement, Blair Couey, Dan Willis and Randy M. Clapp agreed to
resign as directors of the Company (the "Former Directors") and Frank Moody, Brian Riley, Fred Wicks and Ian Riley shall be appointed as the new directors of Company (the "New Directors") upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Agreement. In consideration for their agreeing to remain on the Board of
Directors until conditions set forth in the agreement are satisfied, Buyer has agreed to remit to the Former Directors One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each.In further consideration of the obligations set forth in the Agreement the Company
will issue 1,000,000 shares of its common stock to CSS for a price of $.05 per share, by conversion of $50,000.00 of the convertible note obligation held by CSS; 3) the Company and Homeland have further agreed that, after the successful
completion of the corporate restructure, reverse stock split and merger contemplated by the Agreement, the Company shall cause the issuance of restricted shares in the Company (as restructured after the merger) to Blair
Couey, Dan Willis and Randy M. Clapp with a collective fair market value on the date of such issuance of $100,000.00, to be divided equally (1/3 each) among them.

Wayne’s Final Thoughts –
This Clearly Shows that Evans Board of Directors is only in place until All the 300,000,000 shares and all transaction have run its course. Then Mr. Moody WILL take his place at Evans as CEO. So (And word is he is totally out of the picture now) does NOT make any since. Redcloud, if you want to have an attitude hand out words, I can most certainly accommodate you. I ask a simple question, without attitude, what did you give me….
