I think the only difference that might have given authentify an edge was that they had a similar patent. Phone factor dint have that, and neither do the 3 infringers that we are currently tackling right now. Heck if they did have a patent they would have put out the counter claim stating that, but instead the counter claim against sfor is that we don't own the patent.
AFTER the fight with authentify, I think we got smarter on who we should stick with a lawsuit so that victory is more likely.
