since the 8k is public knowledge, if mr. oringer just mentioned that this was going to happen, i think we would get to .04 in a day, maybe 2. there is a slight chance, do to no updating, that the deal could fail. i believe this doubt is what is keeping us down. however, my 7 mil. are locked. jmo

As soon as the RM is approved and accepted by the SEC---ther will be an announcement for the Material Change---there will be financials released and Edgarized---then Solaris will apply for a name change and a quotation service ticker symbol from FINRA---then the new company will apply to FINRA for the change in capitalization---the two Reverse Splits--as soon as that is approved you can expect the split very quickly---

JMHO---as I have been through this before---last year---BEAC to FTNW---FTE Network Solutions---and that was the process.
