I agree Ohms,,, But as they outlined in that same 8K there was to be no publicity what so ever. Oringer probably wanted to make sure SPCL didn't use this as an opportunity to hype their stock & turn this into a joke. They still had room to take a couple hundred million AS public & dump them. I don't know exactly why he put a gag on this but I do know it's exactly the opposite of a scam.
