For almost three years I've traded $YIPI - butt not sure how:

For three years $YIPI was to flood the market with useless shares, they were going to go bankrupt, they only surround themselves with nearly dead old washed up business people, faked pictures with Glenn Beck, issued fake press releases, issued false financials, was mean to the awesome Magna, knowingly used drug addicted lawyers, used part time solos, had huge massive cash losses quarter after quarter, generated zero revenue for years, it's been presented as so bad - IBM doesn't even want their $YIPI shares - but can't give them back, $YIPI has no product, no employees, the CEO 'little Richie' runs the YIPI operation out of his mom's basement- $GSAT most likely is not a partner - as their billionaire CEO has stated - and so much more.
