"They have until a max of 14 days before the meeting to give the judge a status of the case of possible settlements. In the Microsoft case they put in for mediation exactly 14 days prior on the day the same exact update was due. This is what we are waiting for at this precise moment. The update that is required by the courts. I think it'll be Wednesday personally."
