Who knows. Could have happened. All that's required is a good faith statement by the parties that they have attempted settlement negotiations. But if they decided to settle the day of the meeting, you think the Court's won't accept it? Of course they will. But settlement negotiations can take a long time....alot of contracts and accounting involved. It also might go to trial which I won't mind. It'll take a while but if it does go to trial then i'm sure SFOR will ask for an injunction based on lost revenue.

Looks like the meeting part is required no later than 14 days prior and I assumed the update was retired by then also but as someone pointed out, it's actually due "no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting". I read it wrong apparently.

ZPaul has the exact excerpt so you can see for yourself if you don't have access to it.
