lol Are you referring to the December 5th? The boot boys are finished. They have nothing to legally leverage. In fact, as reported numerous times, it's the opposite. They've lost all their leverage and have nothing to barter with. Tge fed case is donr and fhey cant go back on it.
They now face the criminal part and there's NOTHING in the way to prevent the judge from seeing all of it. It's the Dullards who face a lengthy litigation, criminal at that. They were aware enough to go out and get a legal defense team....time to put them to work.
