Here are the problems with that fantasy.

1) Becoming tired of MW's delays, Adelstein outsmarted him and filed a federal case; knowing that Federal Judges do NOT put up with endless delays and mindless legal maneuvering.

2) The Fed case was decided first, and now the State Judge is obligated to consider the Fed findings which are that;

A) All counter claims were dismissed for lack of evidence

B) Walthers attempted to smuggle a claim by the court without authorization and was caught red handed

C) Judge Ungora stated, in writing, that Wathers intentionally tried to defraud Mr. Adelstein and verbally bragged about that to others

D) In his brazen attempt to defraud, he involved other people and entities.

E) That Walthers was unable to provide any evidence, any witnesses or affidavits to support any of his allegations. not even those mythical Non-Compete/Non Disclosure Agreements that he has told shareholders exist. they do not ... and never did.
