Kind of depends on how the market reacts right? Small financings have been receiving applause lately but as I have stated, market makers usually like that double bottom and this provides the opportunity for that.
The recent SEC report mentioned by Adam put strengthened contingencies in place for any hostile takeover attempt. This is in case good news is met with a successful attempt to keep share price low enough that managment is forced to cash in too many of their chips which they do have the option to do now that MFN is off the table.
