Yes, Beach. You are correct. It will still drift abit if no news in 30-45 days. But yes, it is non- toxic. But it was not a direct offering at current pps, but significantly lower....I will buy more , if we dip hard. Thx

Agree, that's at least a silver lining.

Goods news is they're preparing for the Phase II. Not so good news is the company doesn't see much capital coming onto the balance sheet from its pending collaboration.

Very positive huh? They couldn't wait to raise funds for Direct until after they release positive news on L in a few weeks? There's nothing positive about this. It isn't even half of what they currently owe Cognate. The best terms they can find are .38 a share (a 25% discount).

Like I said before I would have taken a deal.
