CrateJoy probably didn't create the problem. It looks like they just offer a software management solution for subscription box services. The problem lies with the Zwag Box team that set up that software. The Zwag Box Team should own up to their mistakes and not try to blame it on some other company.

Medallion is just the warehouse and shipper. Zwag Box problems should be directed at Zwag Box.

People purchased the mystery box from Zwag Box, not Cratejoy or Medallion.

Someone should tell those people to complain to their credit card companies and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).
