Thanks for your input rickn. It would seem to me that if the MANAGEMENT would publish an E-Mail address to contact to solve the problem.and not let the subsciber get a runaround. I am taking it that those that are having problems are a small minority of the total amount of subscribers. Problems like this happen every day with corporations. The way to help solve it is to create ONE DEPARTMENT to SOLVE the problems and keep in touch with those subscribers that are having the problems. There is no doubt that better company contact with subscribers is needed. It is sadly neglected at the time. There is still time to correct this problem before it gets out of control. We have a great idea here in ZwagBox---Let us not lose it because of the lack of communication.
