A recent post on ZwagBox shows a reply, as below, probably by another subscriber, suggesting the other subscriber with a problem contact Medallion. The other day I posted a reply from ZwagBox that suggested contacting Cratejoy.with problems. Can it be that one has to contact different companies involved depending on the problem? Who do we contact for NOT receiving # 2? Is REDG completely divorced from the process once they supply the items to be shipped? Have THEY SUPPLIED THE ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED??? That is what I would like to KNOW. Who do I have to contact? ----Ask.com??? Please scroll if need be. Tlsmd

received my first box from July, I got sent just the tshirt. All i wanted was the markiplier comics and I haven't even got 1. Would really appreciate a reply from customer support have spent a lot of money on all this and have nothing to show for it. Very upset :(
