I skipped ahead to your claim that Halpern is charging the company $3,700/mo to provide a post office box. Looks like that would be actionable fraud if you could provide proof.

It's too bad because the audio process was exceptionally good. I don't think management wanted a business, just a way to get large sums of unearned money from stockholders. I met Trammel once and he was a very knowledgeable guy and very personable. Too bad his invention wasn't promoted. BTW take a look at http://patents.justia.com/inventor/lloyd-trammell and 9300262. The assignee is Adli Law Group, I guess Greg didn't pay them either and they are the assignee of the only patent MAXD had. Too bad for all of us shareholders left holding a losing bag with a gaping hole in it.
