The truth. Product development and patent enforcement are the only things that matter. Thankfully they are doing just that and thankfully there will not be a R/S, despite what some people may want. And a share buy-back just indicates a company doesn't know how to create value and doesn't know what to do with their profits, which to me is a bad signal. I'm glad to be in $SFOR
