Brealorne call the BCSC and ask for a copy of the Brady letter to MSX regarding request to state every PR was erroneous toward Barrick and MSX had made illegal claims against Barrick Gold. The injunction was ruled in favor of Barrick and Lopehandia had absolutely nothing to do with this legal process?
The entire reason MSX has any likelihood of continuation is based on the Lopehandia claims so to adhere to the rules while being persecuted would lead to what? The BCSC dried out MSX to the point it made no sense to kowtow to their rules giving the BCSC a scapegoat in delisting the stock all the while demanding fraudulent releases to protect their aiding and abetting Barrick in the Pascua Lama fraud.
Braelorne aside from working for the BCSC as their main post man are you in any way related to Michael J Fitzgerald???? You know if you are related to Fitzgerald we are a moving forward DON"T CHA!
