Lol BW! Not that it matters, but I'll bet a lot of people... including many former MSX shareholders... DO agree with my statement.
Most people who've invested thousands or tens of thousands of dollars (or more), would want to know EXACTLY why the person running the show was able to bring it to being delisted... they'd appreciate hearing that from those responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations that caused the delisting, IMO.
I'm sure that a lot of former shareholders have paused for a few minutes to forget about Barrick's alleged fraud, to forget about Jorge's claims of being a victim, to forget about Tibby's accusations of corrupt everything, and to forget about statements that the BCSC is out to shutdown MSX.... and realized that the BCSC does actually have a mandate to investigate those that have spent the money raised by having unusual or extraordinary stories.
