Mark is in NO LEGAL TROUBLE
According to the document, Mark is neither the plaintiff, nor the defendant.
Mark is the attorney of record for both MyEcheck/Starrs and wants to be allowed to withdraw as such
His problem is having been stiffed by his clients, MyEcheck and Ed Starrs, i.e., they have not paid his fees/court costs, etc.
