Let me be clear, MARK CHEUNG IS THE PLAINTIFF,NOT THE DEFENDANT. MYECHECK IS THE DEFENDANT. CHEUNG HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG AND IS NOT BEING SUED BY ANYONE. SO IN THE TYPICAL SENSE OF THE MEANING, MARK CHEUNG IS NOT IN LEGAL TROUBLE.
