Yes, yes, sorry, that has already been posted to correct me. I didn't mean to say he was the plaintiff, but rather to make it clear that he is not the defendant of any legal action. The point was that the big red headline stating that Mark Cheung was in legal trouble, was misleading. Anyway, homebrew has said he has taken that text down.

What difference does it make. This company and its product is doomed. The PPS will NEVER see a penny again unless there is a massive reverse split. The product will never be marketed to where any kind of groth can push the PPS up. It was a share selling SCAM to start with.
