SWAG-1B==>PPS-down-50%-thus-dilution-velocity-more-than-doubles

Given nearly 50% on average lower stock price in addition to expected significant legal expenses suggest the estimate of
650M shares is well below what will be realized.

SWAG at about 1B additional shares floated to cover historical operating expenses and the additional legal expenses with reduced valued shares.

Due to the lower pps, you can bet they are a bit higher in total shares, for the same amount of money raised. I estimate based on numbers they were around 200 Million a month in Q2. So I think its going to be closer to 680-720 Million this quarter which is based on a lower pps, and 587 was diluted in Q2 by BIEL. Sept 26th saw 246 Million in volume. And a ton was dumped wiping out 7s, 6s and many millions in 5s. The only day that beat that volume was Feb 8 that saw 347 Million but 4s printed that day. So when you see 5s print like today, expect many more shares to rasie same capital. So this will add quite a few extra this past Q. No way Q3 sees 587 seen in Q2. Q2 never saw a one day like that.

June 30th sat at 11.7. Minimum it saw the same 600 Million added, in Q2 showing a trending up in dilution... NOT DOWN AS SOME TRY TO SHARE. Putting the O/S by Sept 30th, a week ago now, at minimum of 12.3 Billion floating around. With the sizable increases see in Q3 in dilution, Id expect this sits near 12.5 Billion heading into Q4. But as Oct ends, adding 200 Million, seen on average the entire past year, expect 12.5 Billion plus by Halloween. All of which, ticking away that buffer room to the A/S of 15 Billion. No way this is less than 12.3 Sept 30th.

Add in penalties that can start anytime after Oct 28th, November might see record level dilution to stay even, plus legal mess costs, now. If 12.5 Billion float wasnt enough, get ready to see this share selling mess, get hit with fines for SEC violations. So even a De Novo filing this month will see fines that do ZERO to help their business bottom line, but crushes their cash, and ability to raise that needed cash without major dumping days. Expect to see multiple hundred million days a few more times, all making every levels pressure tested to even hold up. These are above and beyond, normal operating costs. Things should get much more ugly in this mess. Hard to even fathom that, based on the amount of mess thats happening on a monthly basis, its going to get even worse. Then watch that chill or Halt looming on the Horizon. Nothing says its sound, to buy into this mess even at trip 5s that dumps millions daily now.
