Lets Take a Look at the Last Gaze Into the "Usual Suspects" Crystal Ball:

9/16 post 84204 " And knowing they have customer complaints, DTC wont just sit on it." Those "customer complaints" are our <Usual Suspects> feeding their Baloney to the DTC and trying to destroy BIEL.

9/16 post 84204 "Next we only need an admin action and we can then force lawsuits on more grounds of merits, by DTC and the SEC. Call DTC and ask them." I did call the DTC and found that they don't talk to investors only clients who have an account with the DTC. This was Total Baloney.

9/16 post 84169 "Stock might not trade on Tuesday...BUYERS BEWARE!!!" It has been over two weeks now since this ominous declaration and BIEL is trading just fine.

9/16 post 84192 "Its anyones game come Tuesday. Many will be bummed if this cant trade and clear next week." Blah Blah Blah.

So we see that the Crystal Ball is broken and the latest proclamation is Total Baloney also:

"Add in penalties that can start anytime after Oct 28th" The Post Hearing Briefs are due on 10/28. This is part of the thousands of pages of documents that Judge Elliot will need to review before making a decision on the case. Look for a late November or December decision.
