The missing door in the picture I posted is 3 feet from the bagger. You can see the bagger sitting there from the street. If you were familiar with the area you'd know how dangerous that is to leave valuable equipment out in the open like that. It's how I know there's nothing of value inside - it'd be trivial to clean the enitre place out and not have anyone find out for weeks. The back half of the structure is still completely collapsed from Gustav.
That is absolutely untrue. In two years, IFUS made $300.00 in sales total! That figure is from Walthers' own deposition. Exactly how many capital improvements can one make with $300.00?
My recommendation is that MW start improvements by buying a weed eater to clear the lot.
