The main building you are referring too is broken up into two sections.The main part of that building has all the manufacturing and inventory of bagasse.That is always locked in the front and in the middle of the structure...

The missing door in the picture I posted is 3 feet from the bagger. You can see the bagger sitting there from the street. If you were familiar with the area you'd know how dangerous that is to leave valuable equipment out in the open like that. It's how I know there's nothing of value inside - it'd be trivial to clean the enitre place out and not have anyone find out for weeks. The back half of the structure is still completely collapsed from Gustav.
