Monday would be the 26th, not 25th, bro.

You'd think that if PoA were to be extended, it would have been done prior to the weekend of expiry. The final business day has elapsed. Who knows, maybe it was done within the last day or two, and we just haven't seen a filing yet.

I'll try to not be glued to my seat through next Monday, but I'll probably fail.

boarddork, appropriately, the JPM POA was required...

...and is required, for mortgage title procedures as enumerated, regarding change and chain of title matters.

...the Power of Attorney (POA) is actually formalized as a side document and actually included in the Purchase and Assumption Agreements of the several receiverships of note on the FDIC-R failed bank website.

...again, so there is not 'super secret WaMu "only" POA for the purpose of clawing back all the toxic mortgages that WMB and one subsidiary securitized the SOLD WMB and 'sourced private label transactions, and others.
