We just made 8 million dollars and stock price in a couple of months. At the same time he got all of the intellectual property from liquid metal to take to his company in China.

What is this? Read the revised Agreement and see what he "got." He didn't get all of the IP. Seriously, is this supposed to be a joke? I guess it's funny - haha? A little company called Apple still has a say who gets rights to the CIP IP - not just CE, but all of it. Think about it. There are a lot of moving parts here - granted, but throwing things out there without fact-checking doesn't really serve a point. GL.
