He got all the Ip that is not consumer electronics....that can do alot for his company in china......and since he has a seat on the board, he has access to a lot of information that he could take to his company in China. Who's to say that in China they are going to abide by every patent there is. A lot of things they can sell in China and never have to be accounted to it by anyone out of the US.
I'm not saying any of these things are going to happen, I'm just saying that there's possibilities out there. 2 blindly say that everything's great and there will be 15 contracts coming out this year , and the money is definitely coming even though they were already late on the first deadline.
