Ztect I agree with you on share structure. Ferris will have to find the "Goldilocks" zone where liquidity is possible and earnings can be meaningfully calculated. This will be tricky if the underlying common shares are still at too low a valuation. If the reverse is too large it will make the OS so small that few institutional buyers will buy in.
