In terms of share structure, you need to have a sufficient OS to be liquid...too large an OS (like now) and you're too diluted.... best spot is between these two extremes...Really has nothing to do with actual valuation of one's own holdings, which you're mistakenly presuming with your reply...again all about share structure and the broader market
