It's more likely that a bunch of holders of the "Units" which were issued in March is trying to monetarize. When the "Units" were issued to family and friends i've speculated they have gone to former lenders of BMSN (aka the punked members of the Koos and cronies gang) as compensation for losses to prevent them from a class action lawsuit against the company. Now, 6 months later when the restriction ends there's a paid promo and the first member of the punked gang already joined the aboard. Coincidence ??? There's no such thing as a coincidence.
