Logically they are now assisting in finalizing the partnership/licensing/buyout deal. We will hear soon. As far as the promo, whoever paid for it expects to be make multiples over that number by seeing a huge rise in SP.

I don't believe for a second that the company paid for it. Maybe OC did as another way to capitalize on their good fortune to have represented such a valuable company.
