The 8k is the filing to report the agreement. What we are waiting for are the financials for Pixelmags and other documents.

benlurkn, since the 8-K came after the time the 10-K and 1st Quarter 10-Q were due SPCL should have filed both. Current SEC filings were part of the agreement.
